Units in the business park vary from 150 to 2500 square feet [14 to 232 square metres].
There are no costs to the tenant in the preparation of the tenancy agreement, which benefits from having one month exit terms..
All units are provided unfurnished, with facilities for BT phone lines.
The tenancy rental fee includes the following services:

- Buildings insurance
- Full time receptionist [office hours]
- Mail delivery service to individual units
- Central mail collection point for outgoing mail
