Located within a 43 acre site, every company within the business park has access to a restaurant, cash machine, sports facilities, and the very popular New Venture Social Club.
In addition to ample secure parking, facilities at the business park itself include conference rooms, a staffed reception, coffee shop and vending machines for hot drinks and snacks, fax and photocopying facilities.
The Business Park Coffee Bar is open daily and offers an extensive and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch menu.
The Coffee Bar can also cater for corporate buffets.
Conference and Meeting Rooms
Both conference and meeting rooms are air-conditioned and are free to tenants for eight hours per month, with a nominal charge thereafter.
The rooms are ideal for conducting smaller training programmes, meetings, staff dialogues, interviews, seminars and product launches.
